A focused session for clients who are looking for guidance with smaller-scale projects or interior design problems.

A 1-2-1 consultation is the perfect way to receive professional insight and expert advice that aligns with your needs and your budget.

This service includes:

A two-hour session - note that some of this time may be spent on preparation /follow-up
An in-person* site visit or virtual session

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a written summary outlining the key points discussed, along with links to recommended resources, suppliers and retailers. Beyond the session I will also answer any follow up questions you may have about any of the recommendations given during our meeting.

A Design Consultation is an advisory session, designed to provide professional ideas, recommendations and direction for your project rather than a fully developed room scheme. We can discuss workable layouts, colours, furniture, finishes and potential products during the session, however detailed space planning, drawings, visualisations and fully specified room schemes sit within our more comprehensive design services.

Where further design support may be required, a tailored proposal can be prepared following our consultation, with outline fees.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% charge.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us in writing by email.

*In-person meetings are available within 30 minutes travel time of TW1. Beyond this, meetings are typically held online via Google Meet, with in-person site visits available by arrangement and subject to agreed travel costs.
